Refunds

Due to our superior integrity, we cannot and will not accept any returns or exchanges, as we would not re-sell any items after they have left our facility. We ONLY offer refunds in the case of out-of-stock items, (which does happen from time to time) and we cannot complete your order, we will contact you straight away, either by e-mail or by telephone. If you cannot wait for your items to arrive, you can choose an alternative to replace the out-of-stock product, to the same value or more, (this may require an additional payment over the phone) so your order is shipped immediately and is not delayed any further. If there is no other product that you would like to exchange it for, we will offer you a refund on the out-of-stock item. Most refunds process within 24 - 48 hours however some can take 7-14 business days depending on your banking institution.

Tracking information

The tracking number will be sent to you via email once the shipping label has been created. Tracking updates will not start until the package has been scanned in at the USPS Post Office, usually 24 - 48 hours after the package has been dropped off.

If you do not receive the confirmation receipt in your inbox within 1 day of ordering, please reach out via email or phone and we can resend the confirmation receipt to you.

Estimated Shipping Times

We quote 4 working days for orders to be processed and then shipped, although this can change to 5 during times of increased ordering such as holidays and sales.

United States mainland deliveries usually take between 3-8 business days.

Hawaii & Alaska 5-10 business days.

All packages are sent USPS Priority mail with a tracking number. Tracking information will be sent to you once the shipping label has been created. Updates to tracking will only begin once USPS has scanned in the package which can take 24 - 48 hours from the time of drop off. We do not guarantee shipping times, all shipment and transit times are estimates. We cannot be held responsible if the incorrect shipping information is entered by the customer. USPS Delivery services are subject to delays during holidays and other high traffic periods.
