3.) Without having to create an account with us, you can simply click on the 'PRINTABLE ORDER FORM' and you will be presented with a PDF order form with all your products and freebies included
4.) Simply fill out the form with your name, address details and your shipping options, add up the totals and send it to us with a USPS money order or cash
If you know what you want to order and do not want to add the items to the shopping cart you can download our Printable Order Form and fill it in yourself. Please make sure to include all details requested. Please note we cannot be held responsible if the order is delayed due to any unreadable or invalid details provided.
Please note we will only reserve stock for 48 hours after your order is placed. We require proof of payment and a tracking number to continue holding stock for your order after that time. Payment must be received within 7 days of order placement or your reserved items will be moved back into open inventory.
